After reviewing your paperwork, if you are not satisfied with the debt reduction program provided by DRG for any reason, you may cancel your account within thirty (30) days of your account creation date (Start Date) and receive a full refund of your Account Admin/Setup fees and/or any monthly fees you may have paid (drafted) from you special settlements account during the 30 day period referred to above.

All cancellation and REFUND REQUESTS must be made by the official account holder of the debt settlement account by way of certified mail, return receipt requested, using the US Postal Service.
